My first exposure to Habitat for Humanity was during a week at camp in junior high, when a group of us went to help out on the construction of a HfH house. None of us knew anything about construction, but we got to help with installing insulation into a crawlspace. I was so impressed that an organization was doing what HfH does. Very, very cool.

This show is so inspiring. It inspired me to get in touch with Habitat for Humanity to find out about volunteering!

I avoided this movie because I didn't think I'd like it - from what little I knew about it, it just didn't seem like my sense of humor. Turns out, it's become one of my very favorite movies! Anna Faris is perfect in the lead role, and the supporting cast is excellent as well. It's sweet, really funny, and just plain adorable. Fun to see Hugh and the girls from Girls Next Door in their cameos as well. :)
