Normally don't like fusion, but this stuff is great. Affordable plus they deliver.

Menu is sparse but it does one thing dead on: pork/ham/jamon!

I kept thinking "so this is where the other half eats". Great atmosphere, good solid food. Get the oysters, brick chicken, and anything else

Go there in the summer on all-you-can-eat crab special night. Enjoy their outdoor patio among beers, crabs, and dirty fingers.

Great selection of fresh and unique sushi. Good for late night sushi (serves til 2am).

Good for late weeknight food, otherwise the long wait (what is this a nightclub?) makes it unbearable.

The banquet hall is the size of a football field, you sometimes share tables with others but who cares? It's dim sum. Yum.

On a cold day, it doesn't get any better than thinly sliced beef swished in hot broth.

Keep meaning to try, but the price tag and the "not worth it" recs have been keeping me at bay.

Best pastrami sandwich. And by sandwich I mean the most tender, well-seasoned piles of meat held together by two pieces of sliced bread.

Was a great experience but not worth the hefty price tag-if you're looking for good sushi you can get similar or better at Yasuda.

Chill and relaxing place. Warm and relaxing--food is soso, but great ambiance.
- TengFactor on October 15, 2008 at 11:42pmTengFactor liked and commented on Don's Bogam BBQ & Wine Bar
Best BBQ in koreatown. If you're looking for stews or home style food, go elsewhere. For carnivores, go here.
- TengFactor on October 15, 2008 at 11:41pmTengFactor liked and commented on Sushi Yasuda
The only way to go is to reserve a spot in front of Yasuda and then let him take you on a magical ride of sushi bliss.

Believe the hype. Their grilled corn is that good. Skip the line and get it to-go next door.

Great atmosphere and Italian food. Perfect for sharing a bottle of wine and people watching.

Love their brunch.

My neighborhood fave to get my taco fix. Not quite the taco trucks of SF or the vendors in Jackson Heights, but still pretty good.
- TengFactor on October 15, 2008 at 11:23pmTengFactor commented on Prune
I've wanted to try their brunch for years but the line is always too frackin long!

My go to place for Chinese. Love how they'll deliver to me too.
- TengFactor on October 15, 2008 at 11:17pmTengFactor liked and commented on Shanghai Cafe
Hands down best soup dumplings in Manhattan (doesn't include Flushing mind you). And believe me, I've tried nearly all of them.
- TengFactor on October 15, 2008 at 11:15pmTengFactor liked and commented on Udon West
Tiny udon shop. Great for a no frills but tasty late night bite.
- TengFactor on October 15, 2008 at 11:14pmTengFactor liked and commented on Soba Koh
Awesome soba. If you go early in the evening you can watch the master making the noodles by hand: a thousand precise, painstaking cuts.
- TengFactor on October 15, 2008 at 11:12pmTengFactor liked and commented on Village Yokocho
My favorite izakaya. Yeah it's cheap but you can't go to Masa everyday...
- TengFactor on October 15, 2008 at 11:10pmTengFactor liked and commented on Freemans

The broth is amazing. I like the Akamaru Modern. Ah, pork and noodles: two of my great loves, all in one bowl.
- TengFactor on October 15, 2008 at 11:04pmTengFactor liked and commented on Eleven Madison Park
If you go, you gotta get the eleven course tasting menu. Decadent yes, but worth every penny.
- TengFactor on October 15, 2008 at 10:55pmTengFactor liked and commented on Kanoyama
Best sushi deal in the city. Get their tuna rib (when it's in season)...you literally scoop the tuna right off the bone. Delish!
