I tend to gravitate towards sashimi, but nothing beats artfully cut fresh fish balanced atop the perfect amount of sushi rice. Works best with saltier and brinier cuts like uni (sea urchin) and aji (mackeral).

I can't even fathom not being able to point, click, and then get a box in the mail a couple days later. Yay technology.

My first job was scooping ice cream at Baskin Robbins. Because of my amazing work ethic, I took on the responsiblity of sampling all the possible flavors cause after all, if a customer should ask I needed to have a good answer right? :)
