I was handed this book by my Turkish employer back in 2000 and I was one of the few, if not the only employee who did not take offense to the gift. Everyone else felt they were already "highly effective people" and thought it was an insult to be given such a gift from their boss. I saw it as a wonderful thing he was handing us! He was investing in his company and in the future of his employee's success (whether or not they stayed at his company). I read the book and I still own it. Reminds me to dig it out, dust it off and give it another read! Then I can pass it off on to my 16 year old son and I am sure he will appreciate it just as much as I did back then.

This is not just a book. It's a bible for personal enhancement. Good for entrepreneurs.

on&on, until I will completely understand all the concepts and principles and will use it throughout my life.
