Erika L Miller He seemed to be a believer that the world was one big crab basket. There's always someone fighting to hold you down and back. -
Annie Well, when put that way.. kinda seems like a good analogy @erika_l_miller I know of a few crabs at my job.. -
Erika L Miller @Annie11 I do too and I wish they'd go somewhere else far, far away from me.

Hehe, cleverly done, if not a bit over-dramatic at the end lol. Got goosebumps tho! And excited for the movie :)

Erika L Miller I'm not finished yet but he does go in to explain why Abe would make such a statement. It seemed considering his lack of vampires to kill until he arrives in the south would feed such an ideal. -
Brave Warrior Abe is appalled by the inhumane treatment of black slaves. BUT it is not until he realizes that the vampires are using the slave trade that he wants to stop the slave trade. Then, after he quits slaying and then finds out the slave trade will eventually mean whites, he agrees to run for president to stop the black trade. In real life, Lincoln was appalled by the trade and treatment of human beings. When he realizes that the trade was about to migrate to the West, he wanted it stopped. -
Erika L Miller (/o\) Oh! You're saying too much. Lemme finish and I'll be back. lol

Making my summer reading list. Should this be on it? I've got 2 Stephen King's, 1 Charlaine Harris, and 1 George R. R. Martin. Will this be a good addition?
-
Nicole Franz I'm really enjoying it. I'm not a big Stephe -
Nicole Franz Eek Wrong button. ... Stephen King fan but I enjoy the Sookie Stackhouse books. It does start a tad slow though. -
Kelsie Hert Add it! Agreed that it's a bit slow to start, but it will hopefully add a bit of humor to your list :)
