Dussander. Todd knows all about Dussander's darl past. The torture.
The death. The decades-old manhunt Dussander has escaped to this day. Yet Todd doesn't want to turn him in.
Todd wants to know more. Much more. He is about to learn the real meaning of power--and the seductive lure of evil.

Finished reading it. An subtle and horrifying story of the inhumanity present in some of us, and how such inhumanity can be passed on to the young and innocent. The fact that the story's a novella brings it to a benefit, since things move so fast, and everything happens so suddenly that by the time we reach to the enthralling and twisted conclusion, we almost felt like we ran a hundred miles. The novella is just really an amazing and disturbing "down in the rabbit's hole" experience. One of the best stories I've read out of recent memory. Will watch the movie adaptation in a few days. Hopefully it dosent dissapoint. Next: "Will Grayson, Will Grayson" by John Green.
