Reading some classics this summer

Fogg does have a heart, but Passepartout has the moves.

I guess it's true what they say about ebookreaders making you read more classics. Fun story, and lovely to imagine taking the time now to travel so slowly.

There is something jovial about Fogg on elephant back.

Finally finished! Not sure if I liked this version; I'll have to see if I can locate a different one.

Back to this great story! I'm taking my time on this.

I gotta say, this is my favorite Jules Verne book ever!

To think that Fogg would be so disinterested in the fascinating cultures of the lands he travels through.

Don't be ashamed of your failure. Those who love you will understand. Those who insult you, you don't need them.

Finished reading, even though I new the end it was still fun as never followed full story before. Must admit if I was travelling round the world I'd pay more attention than Phileas.

In which Phileas Fogg crosses the USA at 20 miles per hour

Currently reading this, have managed about 25% of the way through. First thoughts are its a pleasant read but want to tell Fogg to get out and live.
