I head this was Better than Hunger Games. I'm about half way through and I may have to disagree.

Just finished reading this book & I'll be honest. It took me a bit to get started good. I know I put it down atleast a 100 times, but then the book finally got to a point where it picked up & sucked me right in. If you liked The Hunger Games, then this is a book (and the start of a trilogy) that you'll enjoy! The way Saba talks can be a bit trying in the beginning, but you get used to it!

The use of phonetics is a bit annoying - I liked the novel but for the life of me I'm not sure why: I've definitely seen this done better elsewhere.

Reading a little bit of this before I fall asleep.

I would enjoy this book way more if there were quotation marks...

Just finished. This author must believe that only those with poor command of the English language will survive the next holocaust. Be afeared, be very afeared.

Very good book! Another strong heroine!!! Love it!
