No as good as 'The Big Short', but 'Boomerang' by Michael Lewis is worth the read.

Awwnn, the beauty of GetGlue... I actually want to read this book now =} Anyhoo.. Can't wait for the bit on why "the Irish wanted to stop being Irish." geeez,...what's wrong in this sentence? everything... Ireland is a jumble, ok... but the driving force of Ireland was always "the right to be Irish"...Although, that is the very problem of ROI. = I know, it doesn't make any sense - I live here (Dublin) for 5 years now and must say... coming to terms... another round of Guinness, mate...

Fraser Alex, it is a collection of Lewis' Vanity Fair articles exploring how the debt crisis manifested itself across a number of countries (Greece, Ireland, etc.). It's a good read.

Michael Lewis is hilarious, even (or especially) when talking about dire circumstances

A little too in love with the Governator, but otherwise a great read to understand what is happening in Iceland, Ireland and Greece. Recommended!

Incredibly written, terribly depressing, but very enlightening. It really holds a mirror to America's financial present (and future).
