Enjoying this book

Finally finished. Great book. I'll be doing some running tonight.

Almost done. It's pretty good, though I feel like its a hippie commercial for minimalist running and vegetarian eating. I'm still pretty amazed at what these people can do.

One of the most interesting andI inspiring books i've read in a long time. Getting back to basics, setting audacious goals, and never giving up!

Terrific book. Anyone interested in running or ancestral health should check this out.
