Wrapping up the last third of Brave New World while on duty. I find the whole thing so meanly prescient. Huxley would laugh if he watched an hour of reality tv, complete with commercials for cialis and ability.

It's amazing how resonant the discussion of commerce is with respect to our society. I used to focus on the science and the government in it.

Feels like the bible :s... But I shall finish it!

supposedly its a good book but i barely got through 3 pages and it seem boring..we'll see

a horrible vision of the future...
gives me goosebumps every word i read, its like man made a world ruled by evil...

Straight up bizarre, oddly captivating.

Just finished it. This was one of the most tragically twisted books I have ever read. Every single person was just miserable and most of them didn't even know it. "One gramme is better then a damn".
