Una obra maestra de literatura, me encantó. Fué un poco cuesta arriba al principio en lo que te acostumbras al lenguaje que Burgess se inventó para su personaje principal, pero luego de varios capítulos lo vas entendiendo y hasta admiras al escritor por lo consistente que es con el lenguaje durante toda la novela, algo bastante complicado. La versión que leí fué la que contenía el capítulo final (#21) el cuál fué omitido en la versión norteamericana para darle un tono menos optimista a la historia. Basado en ésta versión norteamericana fué que Stanley Kubrick hizo la película, ahora me toca verla.

Nearly done. So much better with the expurgated (in the US) denouement. If you haven't read in a while, pick up a recent US copy or one from the rest of the world.

Damn! this one is complicated.

Happy that the American version now includes the final chapter after all these years.

I started reading the book today

Just made it through the first chapter...I love having my zoobies pulled out of my rot. Sounds dirty, but its not.

Nunca vi o filme, mas achei o livro demais e te prende muito.

I read it when it came out years ago and saw the movie.

Awesome, the book is better than the movie!

A good read. Very different and far more graphic than the film, A Clockwork Orange still stands to be one of my favorite books.

A hard book to read at first because of the language...but keep at it and it becomes understandable...but very disturbing

The introduction alone has just made me have immense amounts of respect for Anthony Burgess as a writer.
