Not the best idea to go from a children's sci-fi novel to Dostoyevsky. No guarantees I'll finish this but so many say it captures the spirit of St Petersburg.

My favorite novel of all time. I try to find new editions/translations that I haven't read yet.

Surprisingly immediately absorbing.

One of the greatest books I've read in my life.

Great book. I keep taking a hiatus and then have to go back and refresh my memory.

Beyond the Bookmark Book Club February pick. Hard for me to get into this book for some reason.

Is getting interesting after few pages

1866 Novel about a Russian students mental anguish and moral dilemma after commiting murder - Interesting, but hard to read....,

Seeing as how my hoover is broken and therefore hindering my cleaning, I may as well finish this book :) #AlwaysASilverLining ;)

How does one follow up a night of dancing and drinking?

Sometimes I get so frustrated with this main character!

I'm not very far into it yet (thanks to getglue lol) but some of the feelings of despair described so well by Dostoyevsky remind of Les Miserables which just might be my favorite book of all time.
