finally started reading this...not sure if i like the differences from the show as much but still a good read so far!

megalaura yes i know the book came first but i was just talking about the differences between the 2 in general. trust me im a huge fan of the show and i can see that there are some subtle differences between dexter in the book and in the show, along with some of the other characters as well

megalaura haha no worries! from watching the show for 6 seasons you really get to know the character so those tiny differences seem to stand out. but you're right for the most part the show stays true to the book and yeah michael c. hall is really terrific!! :)
