FanLooks like Wade is gonna need his healing factor back, just as I thought.
-
Christopher Shafer I actually hope he adapts. Seriously, in one issue there's more character development than #1-50 combined. D. Way was obviously sandbagging.

The date-rape of deadpool was very uncomfortable to read. I need a shower now.
-
Christopher Shafer Hey, you have to burn to rise from the ashes.

Wade is cured of cancer, looks good and no more voices in his head?

Jen O'cide Really he seemed more insane to me a little more violent and malicious than wade prior to the change. -
Christopher Shafer More focused, might be what we're looking for. -
justbetter Dude is I'd profile pic "the face of boe" from Dr. Who? @SLAGLESCAPE

FanFor those with a longing for the darker Deadpool we haven't seen much of in awhile, this might just scratch that itch:

FanNow that scene in X-Force makes more sense
-
John Carle @christopher_shafer agreed. Wish x-force had said to read Deadpool first because I was confused why Deadpool was in some kind of mask -
Christopher Shafer For a Deadpool fan, it goes without saying. Jokes aside, did they have a note or something? -
John Carle @christopher_shafer if they did, I didn't notice it

just read the latest issue, so lame. glad i dropped this book years ago. Dan Way sucks.
-
Christopher Shafer I think you're just being closed minded- but to each their own. -
bairdduvessa im not being close minded, i have never enjoyed a thing Way has written; and every time i try his Deadpool i find it lacking in quality. I am a huge Deadpool fan, and it pains me to hate his ongoing so much. -
Christopher Shafer Personally, I find his approach to Deadpool very humanizing. Not quite serious, but not quite goofy. In fact, it could stand to be a bit funnier, if anything. He relies too much on visual gags and has abandoned much of Deadpool's supporting cast. Still, I think he's going somewhere with taking Deadpool's powers away.

What I learned by reading #Deadpool today.... #Kingpin _always_ wears a parachute.
-
Christopher Shafer Really, Kingpin is just Deadpool without the powers. On a basic level, they think much the same way.

GuruPrediction: Deadpool really is going to die. Someone will either take his place, or he will possess another body.

justbetter man whatever, don't get mad at me if it happens -
Johnny Randles Jr Im blaming yoooooou!!!!!! Lol ;) -
Christopher Shafer Personally, I think a brief period with the human Wade would lend valuable context to his character.
