I listened to the audible version, read by Tony Hsieh. A great deal of background and biographical material. It's interesting how he was able to go with the flow, going from banner ads to zappos. He became wealthy and kept his sense of fun throughout.

Listening to it once again since it changed my life. I hope it does the same for you.

Stop trying to "network" in the traditional business sense, and instead just try to build up the number and depth of your friendships, where the friendship itself is its own reward.
