Mastery is a mindset driven from flow (engagement and enjoyment in something).

money is only a driving motivator when the task is not a creative one. if it involves creativity, money prizes and extrinsic rewards often hinder the solve times.

intrinsic motivation trumps extrinsic. this is why i'd be happier with a lesser paying but more fulfilling job.

This is a great book to help you motivate others and learn how to set up an encouraging environment in all parts of your life. Couldn't put it down

Good reminder for executives. Worthwhile challenges are the best motivation...for the right people.
