            When I see the author on tv, his examples make me crazy. He shows foods that people do not usually eat every day, then shows that the salt or fat amount is equal to a zillion of another food item. If I want an ice cream sundae, I eat them maybe once a year. Don't tell me to eat one scoop of Italian ice instead. He addresses things that seem so obvious.

              Travis D. Isn't that the way it usually is though? Applying common sense is the best approach - eat broccolli with healthy seasonings, not cheese. Look at me - I could write a book too.

              Karen Totally. He just goes to extremes to prove stuff we already know already. He acts like he's the first one to come up with the idea, the goofball :-)
