Such a great book, on a re-read now waiting for Inkspell and Inkdeath for my birthday :) Does anyone else picture Yubaba from Spirited Away when reading about Magpie?..

Starting to read this to see if I should add it to my class library.

I was very lucky 2 have found this wonderful book. This is definitely a book you could read 2 your children that will hold their interes.! In this book a young girl named Meggie, is handed down the gift from her father Mo that while reading a book aloud the characters & items come out of that book. The main problem is, that whatever comes out of the book takes something from the real world into it & traps them there. After awhile Meggie & her father find she can also read those trapped out of books. They made a wonderful movie from this book also.

Re-reading book 1 so I can finish the trilogy. =)
