One of the coolest graduation gifts I got as an undergrad, being a bookworm in the library, the head librarian purchased the Lord of the Rings or the school library in my name...and this was at a conservatory of music. Every now and again I pop back to the online catalog to remember that some unsuspecting undergrad will come across my name vaguely connected to my favorite books. Started with the first book after reading The Hobbit a year ago.

Yes, I finished. I want to be a fan though!

Just finished the books. Maybe I'll start in the movies (again) this weekend. Might even have another go at reading The Children of Hurin.

Finally at the third book. Surprisingly, the Two Towers movie improves on the book in many ways.

It's the ninth time I'm reading it.
