Should I #read The Lying Game before #reading Pretty Little Liars?

Gonna start #reading this #novel right after I finish reviewing other #books on @goodreads. #happyreading

So it appears Sutton is dead in the book? Which would mean that the show isn't quite like the book and won't help me much in catching up on the show. I suppose I will see!
