If you have the time and willingness, this book is filled with some wonderful recipes. This is not a cookbook for a beginner chef though. David Chang is very detailed, yet the reader still needs at least some intermediate culinary experience to execute properly with the respect these dishes deserve. If you are looking for some authentic ramen, look no further. Just be warned: This recipes require a passion and patience that is not for the weak at heart.
