Started reading this this morning and I am loving it

Finally finished the series. It's a little....odd. But good.

On this last book, excellent trilogy to read along with your teen. Gives you something to talk to them about!

Patrick Ness, an author who knowingly melds the Voice of many and brings them together. Folding a myriad of character of experiences, experiences that we all share and follow, together and ends and entire World War. A War so devastated it could Break the world.

From a wayward farming village, Todd, and a girl from the stars, Viola, had made an unexpected life together. Fighting for each other, LIVING for each other. Without their counter parts the New World would have rapidly ended. With their own undying love for one another, and their willingness of save each other, the planet would have not been saved.

Of course mistakes had been made on all sides, the good and the bad, the Humans and the Spackle. Mistakes we all see and knowingly feel regret FOR these characters. Characters which you cannot help but feel are real.

The final Chapter. The end to the war of the Land and the Clearing. The Mayor gone, the world saved. New allegiances to be made.- An ending so open, so heart-felt, you never want it to stop.

The 3rd narrator is really interesting! Alas, I can't keep my eyes open another minute!

This series is so complex and has so much substance! I can't wait to find out how it ends!

I finished reading Monsters of Men this morning. It was a great read, and the culmination of a fantastic series.

I'm mid-way through this, and I'll be sad when I finish. This is a great series!
