              An often overlooked Hemingway book, "The Nick Adams Stories" tell, through a series of short stories. A person starting out an adolescent and his adventures camping, fishing and even helping to deliver a baby. The adolescent grows and becomes a soldier, a veteran, a parent and an author. Sound familiar??? It should, as Nicks' life mirrors Hemingways closely and some say, quite autobiographical. A fantastic read, as are all of Ernie's books, IMHO.
