Part II is so engaging...I blew through it in a day. The story telling just sucks you in, even when nothing earth-shattering or mind blowing has exactly happened. You just want to know more.

Chapter 1 of Part II - Stubblefield remembering 17 year old Luce? So cute and so beautifully written! Couldn't help but smile.

Starting Chapter 10 - not too much has happened ,but I still feel like I've read something with substance. Great narrative.

Continuing on with Chapter 5 ... so far a nice, smooth read.

Started Nightwoods this weekend - not normally my type of fiction, but Entertainment Weekly gave it a great review, so I'm happy to check it out!

Really enjoying this book. I love the relaxed, authentic narration, and Luce is such a relatable character. (...at least in the opening chapter.)

I <3 Charles Frazier. Might have to pick up "Thirteen Moons" when I'm done with this.
