An interesting tale that doesn't necessarily take place directly in Oz thus far, but contains many of the beloved characters one would expect.

The Hungry Tiger is a creep...
              • Rabbi Steve Vale
Rabbi Steve Vale Yes, but has a good side. Read The Cowardly Lion & The Hungry Tiger & you get to see the good side of Tiger. It's in Little Wizard Stories of Oz, but original author L. Frank Baum.

Russ Ray I don't doubt he does, but it's weirdly comical when he says he doesn't want to hurt anybody and then asks if somebody could feed him a baby. We're reading in order... does that book come later?

Rabbi Steve Vale I think so. And you are right. But like the Lion & other "wild" creatures in Oz, bark is worse than bite. But it is creepy. And that's one of the reasons I like it!
