As I read I think, how does E.T. know that much about me? LOL... When in reality he seems to possess great insight into HUMANS ...

It's a great book. I recommend Elkhart Tolle's "Stillness Speaks" too.

Second time reading this one, needed a refresher course.

one of the best self-help books ever written in my opinion!-----a must-read is also my opinion!

pleasureis alway derived from something outside you, whereasjoy arises from within....

Learning to observed the mind and exist entirely in the present. Very difficult but so worthwhile.
