Just finished and I am really surprised at a certain death. Amazing story as usual, though.

So far really interesting with the prison interview. Kay working hard to disect Jack's life and death!

Are all the Scarpetta novels filled with this much pretension and I just hadn't noticed before?

Finished. Better than the last 2 but not as good as the earliest books in the series.

I'm about to give up on this book... I've come to realize that nobody in this book is even remotely likable..not even Scarpetta. I don't like any of the characters, I'm not rooting for any of the characters, and I couldn't care any less about them.. A couple more chapters and I'm going to give up! Please get better and less muddled soon!! Ugh!

On page 79 and I'm not liking this so far..it's too scattered and weird. I hope it gets better soon!

Just finished Red Mist. It was fantastic. I sincerely hope Kay, Lucy, Marino and Benton have a long life together. Sometimes I feel very sorry for Benton, Kay and Lucy are quite a handful!

Just started reading Patricia Cornwell's latest book, Red Mist, I know, like with all the others, nothing will get done until I'm finished:)
