I love my sister, but I'm not sure we'd make it through those events...

I stayed up almost all night reading this book. OK I did stay up ALL night. Finally turned the light out at 2:44am.

My aunt lent me this book so I'm excited to read it!

I know, read them backwards....at least I know what happens in the sequel. Lol.

Love this book so far. Lisa See is a great author.

I adored "Snow Flower and the Secret Fan" so I hope this one is just as good!

This book is depressing & infuriating so far. It had better pick up soon! It's like The Grapes of Wrath, set in Shanghai!
