Absolutely loved this book. Also discovered a song from the 80s I had missed -- "John Wayne is Big Leggy" by Haysi Fantayzee which is my new mantra. Rob Sheffield is one funny dude and he captured the 80s perfectly in this touching memoir. Also, can we bring back clapping when the plane lands?

Cute! Clever how he inserted song lyrics. Speed-read through most of middle except the Pretty in Pink chapter!
