I am currently reading Unmarketing - The updated version. Loved it when it first came out, now I'm enjoying and learing from the new version in Ebook format.

Great read. Heard Scott speak at the Bolo 2011 Digital Media Conference - totally appreciate his insight into the world of social media.

I like idea don't like title. Marketing is exactly about this idea: don't say just talk with consumer. The only reason to using new terms is very marketing way - to sale this book.
