So many of the poems are so true to what a child thinks it's just unbelievable. Beautiful book that will be passed down for ages in my family.

Who couldn't love this one? Not just the poems, but Silverstein's understated artwork always enchanted me. I can remember as a kid reading these with my Nana before bed, and I am sure she enjoyed them just as much as I did. The best children's stories have just as much in there for adults as they do for kids.
