I have never been big on self-help books; many of them are too stuffy, or technical, or don't really relate to what I'm going through. I'm only on chapter 4. I try to read a chapter a day.

On my Kindle for iPhone/iPad this was the book but that bought the light to my eyes when i was about 25 years old and and I still refer to it. There was life before this book, and there is my life now. My favourite line, which seems to the crux of it all...whatever we believe becomes true for us. Wrap ur mind around that!
