END-USER FRIENDSHIP AGREEMENT FOR {NATHAN ABSHIRE} IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS FRIENDSHIP AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THIS FRIEND REQUEST REQUEST: The Nathan's End-User Friendship Agreement ("EUFA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the Nathan. for the Nathan's friendship product(s) identified above which may include comments, links, posts, external media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("FRIEND PRODUCT"). By friend-requesting, copying, or otherwise using this friendship, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EUFA. This friendship agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the friend status between you and Nathan, (referred to as "the pimp-daddy"), and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EUFA, do not friend request or use the Nathan. The Nathan is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Nathan is licensed, not sold. ALL VIOLATIONS TO THIS EUFA WILL RESULT IN EXTREME PROSECUTION.
