This movie rules so hard! First of all, I have to say that I'm not a huge horror fan, but this was such a pleasant surprise..All credits to the writer and director Tom Six for such a bold idea,he made a gruesome thrill ride in which the disturbing freak show nicely comes to part with nail biting sequences of finely crafted tension making it a squirmy experience. The acting is awesome,especially by the lead actor, Dieter Laser is as creepy as they come,he moves from cold, deranged,giddy in a perfectly pitched performance, a repellent joy to watch. The centipede played by Akihiro Kitamura, Ashley C. Williams and Ashlynn Yennie. The two girls begin looking like annoying, but when the situation becomes "fucked" they step it up a notch. .This film is certainly not for everyone, though it is relatively "light" gore, I suspect many will find it too freaky and disturbing,it is aimed quite squarely at fans of the twisted and as lover of twisted cinema I must say I loved it.
