I actually like this album. I think the snare sound goes really well with the grungy sound of the guitars. Hetfield's lyrics are really deep, and quite angry and it all just blends together so well! I like how Metallica actually tried to do something different. So lots of people dont like it, but so what! At least they tried something different and experimented with something new! Thats what being a good musician is all about.
