Fraser When I step back and think about what the mail service is able to do, how quickly they're able to do it, and the cost with which they can do it... I find myself thinking that the mail service is one of the few large scale systems that the government runs fairly well. -

Fraser Canada Post is profitable! Or, at least it was last time I read about it a couple of years ago. But at that time they had been in the black for a decade or so.
