Ryan Smith They were one of the few female bands that didn't feel they had to prove themselves to the male dominated rock world. They just made great music. So you're right Stephen it's tragic that this quality girl duo couldn't last longer than they did.

Matthew Berndsen You have no idea how much I love this band. I still call them my favorite. I really don't mind the new version, and to be honest, I think Louise (the original "Seether") did very well with keeping the grungy alternative feel of the band. Of course I love the ballads and softer songs, and Nina and the original boys made the best albums, but come on, there's a reason why we haven't seen another Nina Gordon album. I remember recording every television performance I could. They were on Rosie back in the day performing "The Morning Sad", and it was funny watching SNL and hearing Louise sing the lyrics of "Shutterbug" live (There's ssshhh...trash on the telly). The only time I got a chance to see them live was the Resolver tour and Louise refused to play any Gordon written material. Even when she performed Seether, it was with different riffs. Although not bad, it just wasn't the same. I would give anything to see a reunion of the original band...

Matthew Berndsen Oh yeah, "Blow it Out Your Ass, It's Veruca Salt." was the best ever... If I heard "Hi, I'm Nina. I'm Louise. I'm Jim. And I'm Steve. We're Veruca Salt and you're listening to the most kick-ass reunion concert ever", I think I would have multiple orgasms.

Matthew Berndsen Oops... Correction. It would be Louise first, than Nina. I guess I was just really hyped up thinking about Nina coming back.
