Following OK Computer, Radiohead released Kid A almost simultaneously w/ Amnesiac. Both albums continue the evolution of sound seen in OK Computer, withe the band increasingly experimenting with digital effects, distorted soundscapes, & mixture of realist & surrealist lyrics. Taken together, OK Computer, Kid A, & Amnesiac represent one of the best musical trilogies to date; comparable to Led Zeppelin's early albums & The Cure's "dark trilogy" (Faith, Pornography, & Disintegration), among others.
