Kimber How has she changed *your* food world? She's really inspired me to eat as much organic, local food as possible (though it does hurt my budget!). -
George Howard she's helped me to see that my views on other things are consistent with my views on food. That is, there's an artistry and an importance found in people that grow/purvey this food that is not dissimilar to that found in art, music, etc.
Once you sort of see that, then - for me - your overall understanding - and thus appreciation - goes up.
