coolshtcaity I have wondered that. Especially durin Order of the Phoenix and this movie --because in the book he was very involved in both stories, more than in other books. -
Richard Haylor Peeves never plays any real important part inthe main story so it was decided to cut him completely though he was cast and had scenes shot for the first film.
