It keeps crashing. Over and over. I may have to take it somewhere to get cleaned up. I really don't want to though:(

Jennifer Google the problem. I'm sure you could do it yourself. No one that knows anything about computers to help you?

Erin Whalen Unfortunately, no. This is the first time I've been online since posting that. My computer just keeps kicking me off and it wouldn't let me on until just now. I don't know what I did to it.

Erin Whalen I'm mostly computer illiterate. Doesn't the computer do that everyday for me? Maybe not, huh. It's just that I've had something happen before where something just pops up and says I have a virus, but I know that's how these viruses GET onto the computer. About a year and a half, someone I used to work with cleaned it up and added a few things, including an antivirus. It's probably no good anymore, right? Don't you have to pay for those things about every year?

Jennifer No not necessarily. Sometimes you have to manually scan to catch everything. And like anything, some programs are better than others.
