I was so disappointed with Saw V that I actually didn't expect much from this sequel - maybe this is the main reason I find it quite well done. This is the story that covers two previous installments and erases mistakes that have been made, so from that point of view it did pretty damn good job: good plot line, nicely done traps, brutal bloodbath of visual experience, good shooting angles. But is this the end? No. Dear Lord Jigsaw! There's another sequel announced in very last scene, and that is something I certainly didn't expect. Sure you can practically make numerous interesting traps to numerous people connected with Jigsaw Kramer in one way or another, but it's not comic book/graphic novel, it's a movie, so finish it once for all, for all's sake!

Shawn did it seem kinda indie to you, the FX wasnt even as good and the traps were pretty tame.

Sandra Kravitz like I've said, for I expected nothing - I got pretty much.
and need to ask myself one more thing: what about that strange nurse, that was on movie posters?! I certainly hoped she'd be one of tests, but there was nothing about that..

Shawn that nurse was just promotion for the blood drive they have for the release of every movie

Jeff Konopka Personally, I thought the series had been getting progressively worse since the 3rd one (Part Two is my favorite), and the 5th was so bad that I skipped this on until just now. Really glad I gave it a chance though because it more than made up for the mistakes those films made. As for the effects, I think they were actually BETTER this time around. Less of that shakey nonsense, and a clearer look at what was happening. Same goes for the story. If the traps seemed less impressive, its probably because the main focus here was the characters, and that is something I felt had been lacking for some time now.
