Amanda I do make my own! It's a little tougher to find the ingredients (cilantro is awfully hard to come by in the city I'm in, but I can occasionally find it), but it's doable. :) I made a big bowl of it a couple of weeks ago, and the whole house smelled like onions, tomatoes, and cilantro...more flavor than my host family's house had ever experienced!

Kimber Oh, that sounds fantastic! I'm a big fan of fruit salsas, too. I love that combination of sweet, salty, and HOT.

Bill Bateman We make our own - lots of tomatoes - japaleno peppers - onions. It's hot.

Bill-- mmm, that sounds great! Yeah, I can't get jalapenos in France, either! I take it you make chunkier salsa? I love that...just as many (if not more!) onions as tomatoes.
