I absolutely LOVE salsa. Love it. The spicier and more flavorful, the better. Fruit salsas are delicious, too. I'm dying here in France, with no salsa. They call it "sauce americaine." !!!! And the places you CAN find it, the serving is about five chips' worth! :(

Kimber Aww, that's too bad about not having it in France. Have you made your own?

Amanda I do make my own! It's a little tougher to find the ingredients (cilantro is awfully hard to come by in the city I'm in, but I can occasionally find it), but it's doable. :) I made a big bowl of it a couple of weeks ago, and the whole house smelled like onions, tomatoes, and cilantro...more flavor than my host family's house had ever experienced!

Kimber Oh, that sounds fantastic! I'm a big fan of fruit salsas, too. I love that combination of sweet, salty, and HOT.

Amanda Kimber-- yum! Yes, I love mango salsa especially. That's always delicious.

Bill-- mmm, that sounds great! Yeah, I can't get jalapenos in France, either! I take it you make chunkier salsa? I love that...just as many (if not more!) onions as tomatoes.
