I always love catching this movie. I originally saw it at the same time as The Illusionist, another good "moody magician" film w/ Edward Norton (...& a happier ending. Lol). For those who only know his work on Batman, Christopher Nolan consistently makes smart films, with cool twists, & great acting. Christian Bale & Hugh Jackman *really* had to work double time on this one. ;-) And I'd pay to watch Michael Caine read a phonebook! What's not to love?? I like how Nolan's best movies--this film, Memento, & Inception--really hold up to repeat viewing.
