Darren Hanks I know its an older movie but I only just heard about it recently. I haven't seen it yet but some guys I use to work with told me it was great. I guess I'll have to give it a shot. :) -
Theresa Courtright This is one of those movies I dont mind watching over and over. It would have been cool to have uncles like these two and thats a fact! = )
This movie isnt that old... but speaking of older movies I wanna start collecting 80s movies. Brat pack, ya know? lol -
Darren Hanks Cool, there are not a whole lot of movies that have that kind of lasting effect. I feel that way about Shawshank Redemption. I love 80's movies, although cheesy at times at least they had some original ideas instead of just a bunch of remakes. I really enjoy the Molly Ringwald collection.

Theresa Courtright My sentiments as well! Plus the soundtracks! Every now and han I have to get my eighties music fix. Shawshank Redemption is an awesome movie as well. I dont know what made this pop into my head but I am also a big fan of almost all of Tom Hanks' films.

Darren Hanks Though I'm not musically inclined, I really love music. One of my friends use to pick on me because almost my entire CD collection was movie soundtracks. The Tom Hanks thing is probably because of name association: Shawshank Redemption/prison movie = Green Mile = Tom Hanks = me and Tom share the same last name. :D I do like his movies and I love the Forrest Gump soundtrack.

Theresa Courtright Not musically inclined, I assume that means you're not good at making music? I always wanted to learn to play the piano. Soundtracks grab you more because its not just the music but also whatever emotion the movie provoked to go along with it and make it more memorable. So I completely understand. = ) It also makes you collect music from artists you never before paid attention to.

Darren Hanks Yes, Ma'am thats what it means. If I could learn to play an instrument I would like to learn piano or guitar. I have a friend who plays music and he said that is probally the hardest two instruments to learn, I think the saxaphone would be cool to know also. :)
