In this place of enormous landscapes, where clouds brazenly sail across the peaks of mountains, I feel there is no one who can answer the questions and feelings that erupt from my heart. For they come from an unspeakable depth and seem to have a life of their own, a very delicate and fragile existence. There are no sayable words to answer these questions yet I believe that they will find resolution in nature. If I can attach my eye to the individual details of nature, the one that is overlooked, then if I can find the love of this detail perhaps I will receive the simple easier response to my desire. Something that is coherent and reconciled to my deeper understanding of life. Something that resides in the very fiber of my being. Something that walks with me, through me, inside my awareness and knowledge. A patience and love for the questions themselves, hidden away as a secret, is unsearched in hopes that someday I will live the answer without knowing there was a question. Like the beauty of nature, silent and enduring without the haste to be, just the existing in here and now. No will or pride, but exalting the creator in their very existence. I long to be more humble and less full of pride and self worth, those attributes that strip me of the very things I long to have in my life. A peaceful knowledge of what went before and is to come again.
