Epcot used to be called EPCOT Center and EPCOT which was in full-caps stood for Experimental Prototype Community Of Tomorrow. Now "Epcot" is a mixed-use word and means nothing.
EPCOT was Walt Disney's dream of an city of tomorrow when he announced his idea to the public back in the '60's. His dream of a city of tomorrow never came to fruition however many credit the town of Celebration, FL near Walt Disney World as Walt's city of the future.

Beach themed resort that's just a walking distance from Epcot and a ferry boat to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Beaches and Cream has a cool ice cream diner restaurant.

This is my favorite resort at Walt Disney World. It is so relaxing staying here. Stay in a log cabin home and relax amongst the trees. You would hardly realize that you are near the hustle and bustle of the theme parks nearby. Some beautiful bike paths reside here and you can rent a bike at the Trading Post area. Don't miss the Hoop Dee Doo Revue and the House Barn which houses all the horses for the Walt Disney World property.

A lost art in today's cinema. Film Noir is all about suspense, grittiness, deviants and attitude. It's hard to find all those qualities in film today. The Good German and L.A. Confidential which came out many years ago are valiant attempts at reviving this lost cinematic art form. Some of my favorites are The Big Sleep, Double Indemnity and Sunset Boulevard.
