After a few years of college, I joined the Army in July of '98 and made it to the rank of Specialist(E-4). It was an interesting experience. I saw a different culture in the suprisingly modern country of Kuwait. I learned to respect forest fire fighters when my unit was asked to help an exhausted work force in Idaho in August of '00. Climbing them mountains was no joke! In June 2002 I got out and went to college to get my Bachelors degree in Networking Technology. Then in May 2004, I was pulled back into the Reserves. Not much happened though and I ETS'd out of the Reserve's in June 2006. Free at last (you know that our ID cards say that we are property of the U.S. government)! Now, I'm working as a computer technician and paying off all those student loans. Then maybe I can save up to travel to Ireland, or England, or Italy, or New Zealand... I can't decide.
