Smart or cagey; cruel or withdrawn; punctual or flakey; trustworthy or deceptive: these are some of the responses I get from people regarding myself. All are rather extreme, as I tend to leave some strong impressions. I can be giving with time or attention, but I can also be rough or curt. I tend to be idealistic, yet also somewhat cynical (and so misfortune may make me smile). I am very loyal to my friends, care deeply about personal authenticity and the truth, and usually conduct entire conversations with strangers without even knowing their names. I can be extremely committed to what I take to be my current task in life, and you probably wouldn't know me to be any other way... but I have and most likely will be again.
